Father time waits for no one. As we grow older, the body responds in different ways. Loss of stamina, endurance, muscle tone, and flexiblity are attributed with growing older. Senior Fit is a program developd by Grand Master Hill. Senior Fit improves stamina, endurance, flexibility, agility and builds long, lean working muscle.
